Split-Screen Podcast Episode 7: Sandwichcast

Today I have mainly been thinking about sandwiches. In fact, aside from my morning toast, I have exclusively eaten sandwiches today. Even then, toast is sort of in the same genre (the bread genre). It's fitting then, that this illustrious, seventh episode of our almighty podcast is named in tribute to the sandwich. I think we mention them a few times, along with me bumming Capcom, more wild, unfounded statements about the industry and some discussion over the nature of achievements.

Validation, as in comments, is entirely necessary. Thanks for listening.

The Split-Screen Podcast: Episode 6

Today I had a headache and very little food. We all swore quite a bit and got angry. This is also the longest podcast we've ever done..... I think. This one isn't for the feint-hearted. For the brave among you, please join us as we tackle the terrors of DLC, sentimentality and rebellious Ice Cream Vans. You've been warned.

The Split-Screen Podcast: Episode 5

We thought it was episode 6. It clearly isn't. We're a little all over the shop right now so just bare with us and rest safe in the idea that the overwhelmingly poor show displayed here will only inspire us to do better next time. Thanks for listening.

The Split-Screen Podcast: Episode 4: Love and Gaming

We are officially running on new hardware with this episode, and thankfully, you should now be able to hear everything! We haven't quite got the editing down yet, but one step at a time folks. For now, enjoy some clear audio and the soothing tones of me, therightbullets and Prof Membrain.

In this episode we discuss love in games and I still can't seem to stop whining about Peter Molyneux. I'm becoming rather worried now as I don't even have to google him to check that I'm spelling his surname correctly. Creepy.

Anyway, enjoy and comment, for there are three hearts on the line this time.

I've streamlined it so that it is now a wma file and I have only posted it on Megaupload. If any of you require different file types or want to see it back on last.Fm, just let me know and I'll happily oblige.

The Split-Screen Podcast: Episode 3

Alright, I'll admit it. The second part of Episode 2 kinda went AWOL, and we're still asking you to endure with our poor sound quality, but what we lack in professionalism, we make up for in AWESOME! Yes, that's right, 'AWESOME' is a quantifiable measure. It has a scale and everything.

So, here is Episode 3. The sound is.....varied, there's 2 whole minutes of awkward Bojack85 love and we announce a new competition. What more do you want? Bad Albion-esque accents, you say? Boy, are you in for a treat!

The Split-Screen Podcast: Episode 2: (Part 1) Peter's Peado Simulator

Despite some technical issues (misplaced files to be more accurate) I hereby proudly present you with the second episode of our humble podcast. Like all good sequels, this has double the everything; twice the length, twice the amount of parts, twice the amount of time spent off-topic and twice the amount of ginger beer.

This episode also features some lovely listener participation for you all. Listen closely and enter our on-the-fly competitions, so we can happily say "A Winner is You!". Also, prizes.

What are you waiting for?

THE SPLIT-SCREEN PODCAST: EPISODE 1

It's finally here! Can you believe it? I certainly can't. There's going to be a slight development period here, not so much in content, but more in the distribution. You can follow the enclosure link and should be able to get the podcast as part of your feed if you're using RSS already. If not, you can download it from here or here. If it's all working, you should also be able to subscribe via iTunes by following this simple process: Open iTunes, click the 'Advanced' tab and select 'subscribe to podcast'. Then simply enter http://split-screen.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default into the box. Piece of piss.

Please use the comments for feedback and suggestions. Tell us what you want to hear, or suggest better, easier distribution methods. But mainly please enjoy it, we had a blast recording it. In the future you can look forward to more features, more guests and less defamation.

Thanks for listening!
